# Overview

Meta BOR is a blockchain project developed on the Metaverse public chain, Bit Omni Resonate (BOR Chain), with a mission to promote the BOR Chain through a DAO-based organizational autonomy model. Initiated by the emerging blockchain leader, Omni Resonate, in the U.S., Meta BOR has simultaneously launched communities across five major countries with over a hundred global communities working together to build consensus and co-create a new Web 3.0 digital Metaverse ecosystem.

Bit Omni Resonate Network (BOR Chain) is a blockchain network dedicated to the development of Metaverse applications. It is a platform based on a distributed ledger that features unique technology for more efficient deployment and operation of Metaverse applications. With P2P communication, IPFS storage, and additional capacities running on the BOR Metaverse protocol, it provides creators with tools to revolutionize industries such as tourism, education, social networking, film and television, gaming, and entertainment.

In the future, the BOR Chain will create an open-source Metaverse built by the community. It will gradually launch its own applications in phases, including but not limited to NFTs, traceability networks, mini-games, wallets, social apps, live streaming apps, Metaverse environments, and more. The future is now—join Meta BOR. We need you!
